Blueberry Spinach Protein Smoothie
Packed with antioxidants and healthy fats, this low-carb smoothie is a tasty breakfast (or anytime) treat – and is diabetic friendly!
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup spinach/baby kale mix
- 1½ scoops vanilla protein powder (with stevia)
- 1 tbsp. almond butter
- Optional: top with additional chia seeds or fresh blueberries
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
