Immune Boosting Elderberry Tea With Turmeric and Honey
Elderberry is an amazing immune booster that is safe for the whole family.

- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons elderberry syrup or 1 large tablespoon of dried berries
- 1 cinnamon stick
- ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Honey (optional, to taste)
- Place all ingredients (except for honey) in a saucepan
- Bring to a simmer and allow to simmer for at least 30 minutes
- Strain mixture into a cup
- Add honey to taste for additional sweetness
