Migraines are increasingly common, affecting more than 11% of the population. Medications used to address this chronic issue and its acute episodes are often accompanied by unpleasant symptoms. While magnesium therapy has been studied previously, the results have been conflicting. This study aims to clarify the overall efficacy of magnesium’s effects on reducing migraines.
