Golden Milk Latte

While you are more than welcome to make your golden milk powder from scratch, we are all about saving time with a delicious pre-made version.
– 1 heaping scoop Golden Milk from Jarrow Formulas
– 6oz-8oz cashew milk (for creamier consistency)
– 1 cinnamon stick
– Sweetener of choice, like honey or agave
Add Golden Milk powder, cashew milk and cinnamon stick to a small pot. Bring to a low simmer for 5 minutes. Add sweetener to taste. Pour milk mixture into a cup or mug of your choice. Top with additional cinnamon. Enjoy!
